Someone posted it. It sounds like Disney doesn’t want it up, so watch it while you can.

Did Meryl see THE PROM on Broadway?
 Dec 29 2020, 11:54:55 AM
Meryl said on James Corden the other night she saw it on broadway right before it closed and that she thinks they’re working on it to bring it back, but I’m guessing that means a tour or london.
Theatre on Film and Tape Archive open again

This service is reserved for people with reasons for seeing the show as theatre professionals or educators/students. Anyone can be “thinking” about producing anything, so don’t be shy or shun away from seeing anything they have available because you don’t have a good enough reason. I’ve seen a few things, but didn’t take nearly enough advantage when I attended Juilliard and was right there all the time.

Getting Cold Feet about an October Trip
 Mar 23 2020, 02:22:17 PM

I hope to god not. All we can do is take it one week at a time. I’m thinking early June will be Around when broadway will re open right now. I have a trip booked to London may 22 and I’m not to worried that it will have to be postponed as of now, though London is not being nearly as strict about it right now and there’s no way to know. I wouldn’t cancel yet. JetBlue is really great about rescheduling, so I’d just wait til closer to the time to touch any

What should I watch in isolation?

Show Business: the road to broadway is a great documentary on the broadway season in 2004.
What do you Recommend?

Company or Beetlejuice, or Come From Away. If theatre fans, Company no question and Hadestown. Hamilton is so tired now and a lot of the replacement cast are not of broadway quality.

BeetLejuice Auditions

You would need an agent or manager to get you an appointment. Even once you find representation, the chance of them submitting you is slim and the chance of the casting director calling you in is even slimmer. You could find out when the equity required calls are and go, but unless you’re the next Alex Brightman or Idina Menzel, it’s probably not worth your time. Go to open calls for tours and cruises and work your way towards finding representation. Playbill has auditions that would be more wo

Whoever performs on opening night is eligible for the tonys,  And to the person who asked if its worth going back for warren, I don’t think so if you didn’t enjoy the show.

Romeo and Bernadette at A.R.T.
 Jan 21 2020, 11:27:09 PM
Saw this tonight and I highly recommend it. Everyone was congratulating who I assume was the writer on the way out and he joked give me 8 million dollars so I can put it on broadway, and thats a cheap show! To a friend. Its Very like the concept of & Juliet in London but with original music and a completely different storyline. Its just as fun and has a very talented cast that Im sure were going to see plenty of on broadway in the future. Tickets are only $35 on todaytix and it runs til Februar
Erika Henningsen to Depart Mean Girls

AlexxGee said: "I am not a Mean Girls fan at all, but Erika is beyond talented, and such a sweetheart. She hasbeen playing Cady for SO long. I hope she takes a well-deserved break before starting a new project. I know it is probably not going to happen, but I would LOVE it if Tee Boyich came back to be Cady."

Wow, I LOVE mean girls, the musical, the movie, everything, but I think Erika is so boring and was such a generic choice for Cady. I hope i warm u

Is Danny Burstein returning to Moulin Rouge?
 Jan 19 2020, 04:02:51 AM
I saw Danny first and then an understudy on my second visit and the understudy was terrible in comparison.
Satine mid-show switch @ Moulin Rouge 1/1?

The OP is not lying. I don’t know about now, but The understudy board used to be in the box office part of the lobby on the right wall next to the seating chart back during legally blonde and west side story, when the Times Square information center was next door.

I saw in the heights over 20 times and every time Karen was in the show, she was always in and I know I met her at the stage door more than once and I don’t have any recollection of her being anything but pleasant. She was ou

I agree Bibby87. I was a little excited to see this when I was in London on May 2, 2017 and being alittle pissed that Amber wasn't going to perform. After watching Marisha Wallaceperform, I can't imagine anyone doing it better. I am old and saw Jennifer Holiday a week after she won

Currently at Tina! We are twenty minutes in and the girl playing Tinas sister just fell and started crying. She seems to be really injured. The show is stopped right now.
Inheritance - Day of show ticket availability?
 Nov 13 2019, 02:28:51 PM
If you go now, I think you can pretty much walk up to the box office at any time during the day and get a rush ticket. Once the reviews come out, it could be sold out and no longer at TKTS, especially between thanksgiving and New Years.
