Which seats would be better for Wicked: Row DD, seats 9 and 11(obstructed view) or Rear Mezz. Row J, seats 101 and 102?

The seats in the rear mezz are great, they give you a great view of the whole stage. Have a good time.

Lion King Balcony Apr 1

I really want to see "The Lion King" on my next NY trip, however I can probably only afford tickets in the mid-mezz or balcony. How are the sightlines in the balcony? Should I get those seats, or wait to see the show when I can get orchestra seats?

I sat in the rear mezz. for Cabaret. They're not horrible, although they were a bit obstructed as the ceiling fans blocked my view of some of the actors, but that was only for about 2% of the show. IMO the best seats are in the front mezz, so big and comfy!

Anyone tried this and been successful? If so are the seats worth it, or would it be safer to book ahead and spend more $?

I'm going to see "Wicked" in May or June and would actually prefer to see Laura Bell over Kristin(because I've been a fan of Laura since her Guiding Light days)

I went last October and had a wonderful time. The weather was almost perfect, warm enough to walk around in sweaters without coats. As for tickets, I just do the TKTS thing, it's the best deal in town. Have fun

I don't know if it's been done or not but I always thought "The Great Gatsby" and "To Kill A Mockingbird" would make great plays.

I was in a community theater producion of "Can Can" not too long ago. It's a nice show that has some very funny moments, however the dancing usually steals the show.

I absolutely adored her in Ragtime. She was totally robbed at the Tonys.

I love Tammy Blanchard. I have been a fan of hers since she first stepped foot on "Guiding Light" way back in '97. I think she has a very nice career ahead of her.
