Compare that to the first cat picture. XD I didn't mind the hair at all (except for it waving in the cliff scenes).

DancNdaMoonlite- it was on at 9am in L.A. Well, Adam will have at least one fan cheering for him here in CA. I don't even want him to move here though - he belongs on the stage!

What about an "I was a renthead before the movie" number? And then the finale could be how the world ends when Rent closes.

Rent Attendance Anecdotes Dec 4

I saw the movie for the fourth time tonight with my best friend and her sister, who had already seen the movie (and loved it!), and then her sister's two guy friends (who knew nothing about Rent). Both of the guys loved it. There were, however, a group of six girls about fifteen or sixteen years old sitting in front of us who would not stop talking, text messaging, giggling, etc throughout the movie (at least, for the time they were there- they left after "I'll Cover You"). They must

they show Mark editing footage for his movie. Footage being shown includes Angel dancing in the Santa suit. However, during the "Today 4 You, Tomorrow 4 me" Mark does not have his camera with him, so how was the footage shot?

Yeah, that's what I mean. I don't know enough about filmmaking and what works on screen and what doesn't. I don't know if *I* would have thought it looked awkward, but others might. They definately did make up for it. That scene gets me every time I see the movie. Some people say that it's out of character for Roger to go to the Life Support meeting, but I don't agree.

I'm curious to see why they didn't show Roger singing "Because reasons says I shoud've died..." with Gordon. Do you guys think that would have looked too random on the big screen? I personally think it would have worked (and had an effect on an audience), but then again I'm biased - I know that it's supposed to happen.

renthead-I just about died when I found the picture. I am an avid kitty lover! Thanks, Emcee and Allie! I love NPH, too. I have a *cough* of him doing La Vie Boheme and it sounds so full of energy - i love it.

I'm so freaking mad. This was the only TV appearance I was dying to see, and it wasn't on because of football. I've always hated football. /rant. Yankees- that story made me tear up.

re: What they could've cut Nov 25

As much as I enjoy the song, I thought "You'll See Boys" could have been re-written as dialogue. The story could be set in our current year and still be as effective dramatically. I have to disagree. In order to understand Rent, you have to believe that AIDS is a death sentence for these characters and that they are trying to cope. AIDS isn't as "scary" (for a lack of a better word..) as it was back in the late 80's/early 90's - we know more about AIDS now and we have better

Rent Review Nov 25

His awkward Santa Fe scene wasn't anything to be proud of. I respect your opinion, but I don't understand why this is Adam's fault. Sure, the Santa Fe scene was awkward, but for some reason I don't think Adam chose to film it that way.
