I simply LOVE the score, not quite having the chance to see it yet. Does anybody know any information on its tour?

Listened to the score of a play before seeing it, therefore creating your own version of the play, then seeing it and being very dissapointed? Or am I the only one?

Oh! I can't believe I forgot this, but my school did Streetcar last year, and the only person who DIDN'T suck was Blanche.

Worst Experience Ever? Dec 23

Mine was, without a doubt, being "Adult Fern" in Charlotte's Web. I had no passion for the character at all, forgot a large majority of my lines, the script was phenomenally awful, and the cast...well, the cast was sub par to say the least.

Hmm...I don't know. It's hard for me to imagine her as Roxie.

The Lion King was simply phenomenal, as was Miss Saigon. And RENT was really quite good. I was rather dissapointed with Cats, though.

On that note, does anyone know why they decided to make the witch ugly?

"Over the Moon" from Rent. There's a couple of notes in there that are really quite ridiculous.

My school did Once Upon a Matress last year and the SOLE reason that it was sucessful is because we had a competent director. If we had, say, the normal director doing it, OUM would have been shot down in flames. This year we're doing Bye Bye Birdie (with yours truly as Rosie) and I have high hopes for what we can accomplish. It all comes down to who's running the thing, and I am seriously shocked that we have a person who knows her theatre in such a hick town.

When I watch WOO now, the most I feel is a bit sorry for Elphaba and how her life went, not much more. And to those of you whining about all the inconsistencies in the book, movie, and play, calm down. This is entertainment, not a science.
