You guys, we’re blushing.  Thank you all for your kind words about our staff!  We think they’re pretty great too!

Corine2, the St. James box office starts selling rush tickets for $35/each on the day of the performance when they first open (Tue-Sat at 10 a.m., Sun at 12 p.m.).  Availability does vary from performance to performance, as does the location of the tickets, but rush tickets may be located anywhere in the theatre, including the sides of the orchestra which have a slight partial view.  Also, a limited number of $35 tickets, including front row, are also available for each performance to winners of our digital lottery drawing.  For more details, visit: https://jujamcyn.turnkeysurveyor.com/se/4D0A7D4901A135F2/.

Jonartdesigns, if you can email us directly at customerservice@jujamcyn.com, we can help you get out of your past dating limbo.

Thanks again for all of your loving posts!

Warmly,

JoeMaMa2,

Thank you so much for taking the time to post about your experience on Friday night at the St. James Theatre.

I am so sorry about the delay that you experienced in getting in to the theatre that night and then again in getting to your seat. I can only imagine how frustrating it must have been for you and everyone else in your position that night.

Jujamcyn Theaters takes full responsibility for the missteps that night, and while we now understand what went w

Eris0303,

Yes, as Gypsy9 stated in the reply post, Albert T. Kim is the Theatre Manager of the Hirschfeld Theatre, and was the manager on duty who assisted your younger sister this past Saturday matinee when she fainted outside the theatre.

Albert had written about the incident in his performance report that afternoon, and while you did not comment on the status of your sister in your post, we are all hoping that she is feeling better. Please send her our best! Its always

This BOOK OF MORMON Lottery...

Jordan,

Thank you for your comments. I was in the box office lobby tonight supervising our very first Book of Mormon lottery and while we all internally discussed ways we can improve upon the process after the fact, I can assure you that everything was on the up and up.

With regards to your concerns about the names being checked inside the box office lobby prior to the drawing, this was done to make sure no one was duplicating entries given the limited number of tickets we ha

Dear musikman,

As you can imagine, it's incredibly upsetting to hear about incidents that occur in our theatres like the one you described in your post regarding last night's performance of "A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC".

As a rule, we do not permit children into our theatres who are under the age of four. While it is never fun to have to turn families away when they arrive at one of our theatres with a child under the age of four, we do it -- for the sake of the actors on stage and fo
