Nope.  Sorry.  I received a flyer over 3 months ago.  I have also seen ads in a few travel magazines as well as video packages in the hotels .  They might be doing more.. but they have been advertising for a while and outside of our niche.  It just doesn’t seem to be selling like I thought it would.  I hope it does well.   I loved it.

Broadway Flash said: "They’re still over three weeks away til their first preview and they just started marketing. Paper flyers in the mail, subway posters, all sorts of other press. It’s also a huge theatre to fill."

This did not just start marketing.  I think the negative reception to Cabaret and the fact that people just don't buy tickets in advance like years past anymore has more to do with it.

I really thought this would be selling better .  I understand all the reasons it isn’t.  But I really thought this would be a hot ticket. Maybe if they had not waited this long to transfer and come in closer at the heels of its London success.

This doesn’t appear to be selling that well.  So much availability.  But the London run didn’t sell either till after it opened. 

Is Bryan Cranston still rumored to be Herbie?  I had heard this a while ago .  But I am still hoping for the other rumored Cranston return in Damn Yankees.  He did hint at this on Andy Cohen.

Oh do not see it without Paulson. Unless you’ve already seen it once before. Really what is the point. It’s a good play. Really good. But don’t see it without Paulson.

The Hudson while considered a small theater is still too big for this show. The booth, the Hayes  or the golden are more appropriate yet still all a little too large.

Hudson is too big for this show and would be a mistake.  

II have a question. With shows like this which are very expensive tickets.; when Al lead us out for a scheduled performance usually, the tickets are cheaper. If you have purchased tickets to see the two star names and they are out, do you have any recourse to get the difference in money back? Last weeks performances without Eddie were available for 40% off at TKTS.

I’m sobbing .  

It’s a dead audience.
